Had a wonderful experience in potency today. Was first time getting pre-rolls, and got even more knowledge on what works best for someone who has a tolerance like me. Very knowledgeable employees, highly recommend this location.

This is my favorite dispensary in Pittsfield. I love their deli options and the staff are extremely friendly and it’s usually not that busy. This is one of the only dispensaries in Berkshire County that I now go to because I prefer their location prices and product.

I love Potency, its my favorite shop. I love the deals which might be the best in town. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable.

Customer service was awesome. Staff was very knowledgeable. The old dude at the front was very polite and they have everything in stock a stoner needs.
